2008 Rates:
April 26th - June 14th: $500 per week
June 14th - June 28th: $800 per week
June 28th - August 30th: $1500 per week
August 30th - September 13th: $800 per week
September 13th - October 18th: $500 per week
Cleaning Deposit: $200
Which will be cheerfully and quickly refunded upon inspection.
What we supply:
cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner, garbage bags, beach chairs, outside clothes line in the rear.
Amenities:
Washer and dryer, charcoal grill, wraparound deck with umbrella table and chairs, side play yard, outside shower and picnic table, cable television with separate VCR downstairs and cable television in loft bedroom.

Policies:
If you care to smoke, we ask that you do so outside and please take care of the butts.
This is strictly a housekeeping cottage and as such we ask that you bring your own linens, towels, toiletries and things of that nature. Some people like to bring their own pillows but there are pillows on each bed. As we get later into the season, the evenings can chill down in York Beach. As such, each room in the cottage has its own separate heating unit to keep warm and cozy.
Check In: Guests may check into the cottage at 3:00 PM on Saturday
Check Out: Check out is at 11 AM on Saturday morning. Before you Check Out, please make sure that you have sanitized the kitchen and bathroom and tidied up as new guests will be coming in later in the day. We hope that you leave the cottage as you have found it. As stated, there are cleaning supplies, brooms and vacuums for your convenience.
We ask that you please leave your pets at home as to keep the yard clean and neat. |
