Cottage on the Nubble. Situated on a quiet, tree lined street which is just across the street from the Lighthouse, the Cottage offers old fashioned charm inside and out while providing all the amenities you would expect.
The loft bedroom offers a shuttered door for privacy and a shuttered window overlooking the living/kitchen area. The two lower bedrooms each have closets and windows to the back and side yards.
In the cottage kitchen, if you care to cook, you will find it to be fully equipped with a range and microwave and of course a very large lobster pot. If outdoor cooking is on the venue, there is a charcoal grill, a picnic table and a large patio set on the wraparound deck. There is a private side yard for the children to play in yet close by to keep an eye on.
There are two televisions - one in the living room area and one in the loft bedroom and both have cable service. The spacious bathroom is downstairs and has a shower and vanity. When you come home from the beach, take advantage of the outside shower to rid yourself of all that beach sand if you care to.
